Winner of several awards and with many participations in international events, Bia is a leader and a great inspiration.

Publicist, mother of 3 boys and passionate about work with a purpose. She has been involved with the third sector and the cause of women for more than 10 years and has been contributing to the formation of female labor and the insertion of companies in the discussion of the theme. She leads our team in São Paulo.

Working with us for more than 12 years, Fatima is the great link between women and the organization. She is the one who monitors our students by measuring the social impact we generate and collecting information on how we should work and improve our process.

Advertising graduate, Lucia Xavier is within Mulheres em Construção since 2012, as a volunteer, executive and now counselor. In all these years, she was close to the strategic planning and implementation of the processes and tools. But it was in contact with the women in the courses that she understood that the organization is much more than a women's training organization, it is a life-changing organization.

Digital and Social Media Strategist. Passionate about creativity and female entrepreneurship. She believes that the work and life of women can complete each other, by positioning themselves assertively through sensitive, human, and inspirational marketing.

Graduated in Advertising and technical training in construction with expertise in projects and monitoring of constructions sites, she fell in love and experienced the difficulty of women in the construction site. She saw in Mulheres em Construção a space of welcoming, learning, sharing and good laughs.

Journalist from Rio Grande do Sul with great experience in press relations, Beth Nunes discloses the actions of Mulheres em Construção. She bridges the gap between the organization and the media. She is always updating the newsrooms of the communication vehicles about our workshops, graduations, partnerships signed, new projects and participation in events.

Graduated in business administration / systems analysis and economic sciences, specialist in strategic planning, marketing and international business with master's and doctorate in international economics and development.  She works as a researcher, businesswoman and in advisory, in the development and implementation of sustainable and innovative strategies for companies and institutions.
